David W. Kornblatt
Mr. Kornblatt leads the decision makers for The Kornblatt Company, which he founded in 1964. has been involved with leases for The Office of the Attorney General, Chubb Group of Insurance Companies and NFL Player Benefits.
Tim Polanowski
Mr. Polanowski overseas strategic planning pertaining to the company’s operations. He also reports financial information to internal and third-party users and managers. He makes sure that his key employees are motivated to handle their duties throughout the day.
Mr. Polanowski is a Board Member of the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore and The Charles Street Development Corporation.
Sandi Casanova
Ms. Casanova, who has been with The Kornblatt Company since 1988, oversees accounts payables and receivables for three major corporations. She is also responsible for all of the operations in Park-It of Maryland, the parking garage located inside St. Paul Plaza. Her role as Garage Manager includes monthly parking enrollment, parking space assignment, maintenance and upgraders on all parking equipment.
Ms. Casanova is a Board Member of the Baltimore Parking Association and a member of The National Parking Association.
Frank Beck
Mr. Beck is responsible for all operational decisions for St. Paul Plaza including mechanical, electrical and building maintenance. Mr Beck is always looking into new technologies, including state-of-the-art temperature control and energy conservation, to enhance and efficiently upgrade the building and support the Green Building Movement.
Mr. Beck is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association. |
