HOURS OF OPERATION

• Monday-Friday: 6:00AM – 10:00PM
• Saturday/Sunday: 6:00AM – 6:00PM

Booth attendant is available in the garage Monday through Friday.

Overnight parking is available.

DAILY RATES

• 0-30 minutes: $5.00
• 30 minutes-1 hour: $7.00
• 1 hour-1 1/2 hours: $9.00
• 1 1/2 hours-2 hours: $11.00
• 2 hours-2 1/2 hours: $13.00
• 2 1/2 hours and over: $15.00

MONTHLY RATES

• Unlimited monthly parking is $204.00 (this includes the 20% Baltimore City parking tax). With this transponder, the parker will have 24 hour/7 day a week access.
• Residential monthly parking is $90.00 – this is for evening (entering after 4PM – exiting by 9:30AM) and weekend parking. Normal daily rates will apply for any parking between 9:30AM and 4PM.
• We also offer a transponder for hourly parking. Normal daily rates will apply, plus a $2.00 convenience fee for each use.

* Customers serving jury duty get a $4.00 discount when showing their jury duty sticker or summons for an all day rate of $11.00.

EVENING/WEEKEND RATES
$5.00 if entering the garage after 4:00 PM and exiting before 6:05 AM.
